PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that there will be a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. at the Plan Commission Meeting in the Civic Center, 156 East First Street, City of New Richmond, WI:

1) Public Hearing to consider the following:

a) An Application from Roundbank to amended the Planned Unit Development Plan for Rich River Trails. Property is described as Lots 2, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10 , 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 40, 41, 43, 44, 45, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, & 58, Block 1; and Outlot 3, 4, 5, & 7 of Rich River Trails.

2) Action on Public Hearing Agenda.
