NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a judgment of foreclosure made in the above-entitled action on October 26, 2012, I will sell at public auction in the Entrance of the St. Croix County Government Center, located at 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, WI 54016, on

February 5, 2013

at 10:00 a.m., all of the following described premises, to wit:

The following described real estate in St. Croix County, State of Wisconsin: Unit No. 783 together with said unit's undivided (appurtenant) interest in the common elements and the exclusive use of the limited common elements appurtenant to said unit in Riverhills Townhomes, a condominium declared and existing under by and virtue of the Condominium Ownership Act of the State of Wisconsin and recorded by a Declaration as such condominium in the Office of the Register of Deeds for St. Croix County, Wisconsin, on January 9, 2003, Volume 2106, Page 7, as Document Number 705254, said condominium being located in the Village of Somerset, County of St. Croix, State of Wisconsin.

Together with all appurtenant rights, title and interests, including (without limitation):

(a) the undivided percentage interest in all Common Elements as specified for such Unit in the aforementioned Declaration; (b) the right to use of the areas and/or facilities, if any, specified in the aforementioned Declaration, as Limited Common Elements for such Unit; and (c) membership in the River Hills Townhomes Association, a non-profit corporation, as provided for in the aforementioned Declaration and in any Articles of Incorporation and/or Bylaws for such Owner's Association.
