New Richmond Youth Sports registration will be held Jan. 24-26

The New Richmond Area Youth Sports Association will be registering kids for the upcoming baseball, soccer and girls softball seasons on Thursday, Jan. 24 and Saturday, Jan. 26, at the Community Commons (Old Middle School) building in New Richmond.

On Jan. 24 the registration will be from 5-8 p.m. and Jan. 26 it will be from 9 a.m.-noon. You can visit their website at www.nrsports.com to link to any of the sports’ individual websites.

During these times, Community Education, The Centre, American Legion Baseball, Tiger Sharks Swim Team and New Richmond Girls Volleyball will also be taking registrations or have information about their programs. For these programs, please contact:

A few other things to note before registration:

1. Due to the size of the baseball program and number of participants;

they encourage families interested in baseball to register on-line at

www.nrbaseballclub.org. This program includes T-Ball, Coach Pitch, Majors, Minors, Babe Ruth and Traveling teams.

2. Adults interested in coaching can sign up at this time as well.

3. Fifth and sixth grade youth football will not be conducting registrations at this time. This registration will take place at the end of July.
