City of New Richmond

St. Croix County, Wisconsin

The City of New Richmond, St. Croix County, Wisconsin hereby gives notice that sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk, New Richmond at 156 East First Street, New Richmond WI 54017, not later than 2:00 pm on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at which time and place they will be opened and read aloud for the following project in the City of New Richmond. Sealed bid envelopes will be titled “Bid for Mary Park Shelter #3”

Furnish and install: All material for a 945 sq.ft (approximately 27 x 35 plus overhang) wood frame rectangular gable end shelter with metal ceiling and roof. Building needs to meet State and Local building codes (no Wisconsin submittals required)

Details and plans available at the city of New Richmond Clerk’s office, 156 E. First Street, New Richmond, WI 54017.

Furnish and install: Finished concrete slab approximately 35 x 41, and footings for shelter

The City of New Richmond reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid deemed to be in their best interest. The City of New Richmond also reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding process. Bids shall remain acceptable for a period of ninety (90) Days. No bid bond will be required.

This bid solicitation is for materials and install. Bids for shelter construction and concrete slab are to be separated if bidding on both.
