THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW RICHMOND DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Lots 61, 62, part of Lot 58 and part of Lot 60, all in Block 2 of Richmond Heights Third Addition
Permanent Zoning Classification: Upon recommendation to the City Council of the City of New Richmond the territory described above is designated as (R4) Multiple Family Residential.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage and publication as provided by law.
