PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Village of Somerset Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, March 14, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 110 Spring Street, Somerset to consider the following:

Conditional Use Permit: Parcels 457 A-10, 458A, 459 A-10, 2012 Assessment Roll. Application for a conditional use permit to allow the property to be used for livestock grazing. Zoned Highway Commercial (C2) and Ag-Residential (A-1). Applicant: Matt Mithun, Somerset Amphitheater, 715 Spring Street. Somerset.
