Absolutely right, Tim B. If Doyle would pay his bills on time, we wouldn't be looking at this mess. Notice who will be hurt if Gov. Pawlenty does "Stick it to Gov. Doyle".

I don't blame Gov. Pawlenty on this, after all the IRS wants their money right away, why should Minnesota have to wait almost 1 1/2 tax seasons to get their money. All I can say Gov Pawlenty is, "Stick it to Gov. Doyle."

Tell pawlenty that he's not in the NFL. If wisconsin is making their payments on time, he should not be able to change the way it is paid just to make himself look good. I say tell him to stick it where the sun don't shine..
