Merlin Frank, 74 of New Richmond, died Tuesday, November 6 at Westfields Hospital in New Richmond. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 10 at the St. Lukes Lutheran Church in New Richmond. Visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 4-8 p.m. and for an hour prior to the service on Saturday. Arrangements are with the Beebe Mortuary.
