Forensics team earns Excellence in Speech award
One might not quickly associate the term “repeat” with speech competition, but that is exactly what the New Richmond High School forensics team did in winning its third straight Excellence in Speech Award at the Wisconsin High School Forensic Association (WHSFA) State Speech Festival in Madison on April 18.
