Dorothy Panter, age 76, of New Richmond, died Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at her home. A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 23 at 11 a.m. at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in New Richmond. Visitation will also be held Friday from 10-11 a.m. at the church. Interment will be in St. Anne’s Cemetery in Somerset. Arrangements are with the Beebe Mortuary of New Richmond.
