Area man found guilty in interstate theft scheme
Eric Edward Garvey, 40, White Bear Lake, Minn., and formerly of Webster, was convicted July 15 of the interstate transportation and sale of stolen vehicles and property, following a three-day jury trial in federal court in Madison.
