EDITORIAL: Concussion protection a no-brainer
Legislation designed to protect Wisconsin’s young athletes went to Gov. Scott Walker’s desk for a signature last week. The proposal, which deals with the growing frequency of concussions among student athletes, is patterned after legislation already enacted by 31 others states.
