REGIONAL BRIEFS: 3 teen drivers clocked at 145 mph
FARGO – Three teenage boys could face criminal charges after being clocked going about 145 mph on Interstate 29 in Fargo and leading a state trooper on a pursuit, the North Dakota Highway Patrol said.
