Steps taken to make I-94 construction zone safer
Officials say the Wisconsin Department of Transportation has taken steps to improve traffic safety in the construction zone on Interstate 94 in St. Croix County, but ultimately, only motorists can reduce the number of crashes.By: Randy Hanson, New Richmond News
