REGIONAL BRIEFS: Halliburton proposes railroad depot for sand
RICHARDTON, N.D., — Halliburton has proposed developing a railroad depot in southwest North Dakota to receive shipments of sand for use in hydraulic fracturing in the region’s oilfields.
