Horner receives call to Hall
The membership of WPPI Energy has inducted former City Administrator and Utility Manager for New Richmond Utilities Dennis Horner into its prestigious Joint Action Hall of Fame. WPPI Energy presented Horner with the honor at its annual meeting on Sept. 13 in Green Lake.
