Family Care provider chosen for St. Croix County
The Department of Health Services, Division of Long Term Care, has made an award to contract with Southwest Family Care Alliance as a Managed Care Organization (MCO) for the delivery of Family Care services in this area. The service region includes Family Care members in Chippewa, Dunn, Eau Claire, Pierce, and St. Croix counties.
