REGIONAL BRIEFS: Man who forced woman, daughter into the cold pleads guilty
GRAFTON, N.D. -- A Warroad, Minn., man pleaded guilty this week in a North Dakota courtroom to recklessly endangering a woman and her daughter in December when he forced them to stand outside in frigid weather. Scott Boothman also pleaded guilty to drunken driving, a misdemeanor.
