UPDATED: Complex clean-up efforts ongoing at site of fatal truck crash into Red Cedar
The difficult and dangerous cleanup of nearly 600 bags of herbicide-enhanced lawn fertilizer from the Red Cedar River at Menomonie continues with cleanup crews making significant progress, the Wisconsin DNR reports.
