Governor orders flags to half-staff in honor of Cpl. Michael C. Nolen
MADISON -- Flags at Wisconsin National Guard armories, air bases and other facilities across Wisconsin will fly at half-staff Saturday, July 9, in honor of U.S. Marine Corps Corporal Michael C. Nolen of Spring Valley. A memorial service is set for 11 a.m. Saturday at Hudson.
