Chad and Tanya Schmitt, owners of the new Bootlegger’s Bar at 235 Main St. in Somerset, play a popular feature within the “main bar:” a giant Jenga game. The main bar is only one of three separate bars located within the 17,000 square foot facility. The name dates back the bar’s roots during prohibition, complete with boarded-up escape tunnels in the basement.
