Preparations for the 2010 Farm City Day at J-C Croes Farm/Croes Udder Dairy began on Saturday with the St. Croix Valley Collectors Association of antique tractors coming to the farm of Jerry and Charlotte Croes, Deer Park, to cut and bundle oats to begin the threshing process for the event that will take place Saturday, Aug. 14 at the farm. The association will have many antique tractors, a thresher and baler on hand that day to show how the process of harvesting took place years ago.
