Ninette Nolan and Tim Armstrong, organizers of The Castle Center, play dominoes with Laura Moerke and another guest during the second week of The Castle Center’s opening. The Castle Center is a place where people with mental illnesses can go for resources and socialization. It is run completely by volunteers. So far, they have had guests from Star Prairie, Somerset, New Richmond and Hudson.
