Mylan Erickson and Cyndi Kastens bought Fatt Matt’s Bar & Grill in April. After extensive renovations, the bar reopened as Roosters Roadhouse in mid-June. The new space features several original items and ideas – including the original metal rooster on the roof, Fish Frys on Fridays and Old Tyme music.
