Cassandra Plante and Anthony Hartung are part of the special services team organizing a new Special Olympics chapter in New Richmond. Special Olympics New Richmond Area kicks off its initial fundraising effort with a pancake breakfast from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 22, at the Community Commons.
