Town of Star Prairie Chairman Doug Rivard (left) and New Richmond Mayor Fred Horne conducted a joint meeting of the Star Prairie Town Board and the New Richmond City Council on March 27. The elected officials conducted a public hearing concerning a proposed boundary agreement between the two municipalities, which will help guide residential and commercial growth in the region for decades to come.
