This baby bird was previously misidentified as an America Bald Eagle after it was found at Bristol Ridge Golf Course on July 10. The bird is actually a branching broad-winged hawk. The hawk was taken to the University of Minnesota Raptor Center in the Twin Cities. It was successfully placed with an adoptive hawk family.
