Representatives from the City of New Richmond, St. Croix County, State of Wisconsin and media outlets were on hand Friday, Oct. 5, for an emergency response exercise to help improve the readiness of public servants for possible future disasters and tragedies. The exercise was conducted at the New Richmond Civic Center.
