Seven-month-old Breck Bauer was fully prepared to meet Minnesota Twins Hall of Fame pitcher Bert Blyleven at the Twins Caravan stop in New Richmond. Breck was decked out with a “Circle Me Bert” sign made by his grandparents, Don and Sue Springer.
