Rosetta A. Harer, age 84, of Cushing, formerly of Grantsburg, Wis., died Thursday, Feb. 4, 2010, at the Frederic Nursing Home.
She was born the daughter of Reuben and Mable (Johnson) Wilbur on Sept. 4, 1925, in Minnesota. Rosetta married Marshall E. Harer on July 5, 1943.
She is survived by her children, Barbara (Les) Rogers of New Richmond, Wis., Dennis (Louise) of Grantsburg, Gerald (Betty) of Janesville, Wis., Linda (Bob) Petitt of S. Beloit, Ill., Bradley (Deborah) of Beloit, Wis., Richard of Frederic, Wis., Warren of unknown, Candus Bly of Grantsburg; one brother, Garland (Linda) Wilbur of Beloit; along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Rosetta was preceded in death by her parents; many brothers and sisters; husband, Marshall Edward (November 1987); sons, Marshall Henry and Walter Edward.
Private services will be held.
Arrangements are with Bakken-Young’s Beebe Mortuary of New Richmond.
