Richard M. Fagnan, 60

Richard M. Fagnan, age 60, of New Richmond, passed away at home on Jan. 12.

Rick was employed at Cemstone for many years. He enjoyed taking house boat trips, four-wheeling, cribbage, cutting wood, and since early retirement, hanging out in Boardman and Burkhardt. Rick enjoyed visiting with his grandchildren and giving them a hard time.

Preceded in death by father, Harland Kastberg; and mother-in-law, Irene Scherber.

Survived by loving wife, Anne; children, Josh (Melissa) Fagnan and Ashley (Chris Holmes) Fagnan; three grandchildren, Malia, Kylie, and Evan; mother, Delores Kastberg; siblings, Scott (Terri) Kastberg, Dennis (Wendy) Kastberg, and Sue (Jim) Olson; father-in-law, Dick Scherber; brothers-in-law, Steven (Susan) Scherber, Greg Scherber, Dan (Donna) Scherber, Kenneth Scherber and Douglas (Liza) Scherber; also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and -nephews.

Visitation 2-5 p.m. Monday, Jan. 16, at Cullen Crea Funeral Home, 307 S. Arch Ave., New Richmond. Prayer service at 4 p.m. Private interment. Memorials preferred to the family.
