Cheryl Marie Nelson, age 54, of New Richmond, died Tuesday, Feb. 28, at Westfields Hospital.
Cheryl Marie Nelson, age 54, of New Richmond, died Tuesday, Feb. 28, at Westfields Hospital.
She was born the daughter of Clifford and Eldora (Renspe) Nelson on Dec. 13, 1957, in New Richmond. Cheryl was baptized at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in East Farmington and graduated from New Richmond High School. She liked cats and many other animals.
Cheryl is survived by her parents, Clifford and Eldora; siblings, Linda Melnick, Becky Allers, Randy S. Nelson, David (Barb) Nelson, Lisa (Frank) Sonson, and Gary Nelson; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives, and special friend, Kevin Linder.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, March 5, at Bakken-Young Funeral Home Beebe Chapel in New Richmond. Visitation is also Monday from 12-1 p.m. at the funeral home. A private interment will be at a later date.
Arrangements were with Bakken-Young Funeral & Cremation Services Beebe Chapel of New Richmond.
