Lucille Mae Rowland, nee Sager, born May 8, 1922, peacefully passed away on May 25.

Preceded in death by parents, Ingwald C. and Mary L. Sager; brothers, Lawrence, Dick, and Glenn Sager; and sisters, Mildred Dickerson and Alice O'Connell Schuldt.
Survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Tom Rowland; sister-in-law Veronica (Bob) Madden; many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and -nephews.
Lucille was born in New Richmond, Wis., and graduated from New Richmond High School in 1940. Lucille started her secretarial career with Doughboy Industries in New Richmond where she worked for several years before spending her next 26 years in the personnel department at Andersen Windows in Bayport, retiring in 1984.
Lucille's hobbies included traveling to all 50 states, reading, and knitting. She was a member of Andersen's Quarter Century Club, Stillwater Woman's Reading Club, Bayport Legion Auxiliary, Baytown Neighbors, and her favorite "Andersen Golden Girls" luncheon group. Lucille was a longtime member of First United Methodist Church in Stillwater.
Memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, June 2, at First United Methodist Church, 813 West Myrtle St., Stillwater. Visitation 1 hour prior to the service at the church. Interment Hazelwood Cemetery. Memorials preferred.
