Maitland "Duke" Miller, age 74, of Star Prairie, died Thursday, July 26, at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, Minn.
Maitland "Duke" Miller, age 74, of Star Prairie, died Thursday, July 26, at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, Minn.
Duke was born Aug. 31, 1937, in Kettle River, Minn., to Floyd and Hazel (Seppanen) Miller.
He is survived by his wife, Linda; six children, Vicki Miller, Greg Miller, Kenny (Tammy) Miller, Peggy (Randy) Herman, Terri (Steve) Piatt, and Steve (Kelly Grady) Miller; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sister, Judy (Jim) Johnson; sisters-in-law, Sandy (Cliff) Vance and Shelly (Duff) Krueger; also many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 1, at Cornerstone Assembly of God in New Richmond. Visitation will also be Wednesday, Aug. 1, from 6-7 p.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
