Judith Ann Petron, age 68, New Richmond, Wis., died peacefully on Friday, Dec. 28, at the Arthur Rose Assisted Living Center in New Richmond.
Judith Ann Petron, age 68, New Richmond, Wis., died peacefully on Friday, Dec. 28, at the Arthur Rose Assisted Living Center in New Richmond.
She was born on Dec. 24, 1944, in Marshall, Minn., to Leo and Gertrude (Otto) Qunell. Judith loved sewing, cooking and gardening. She was a dental assistant for many years and had an amazing attention to detail.
Judith was preceded in death by her parents. Her brother-in-law Harlan Burt passed away on Dec. 29, 2012, in Texas.
She is survived by her loving children, Lisa (Darren) Vergin, Andrea (Jukka) Heinasuo, Todd (Deanna) Petron; siblings, Maxine Burt, Barbara (Gordon) Tritz, Robert Qunell; also 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral service 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 4, at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, 365 West River Dr., New Richmond. A gathering of family and friends will be held 1 hour prior to the service at the church. Please join the family after the funeral for a light dinner following the service.
Memorials are preferred to St. Luke's Meditation Garden.
