Earl L. Neumann of Somerset died Wednesday, March 13, at the Gathering in Oak Park Heights, at the age of 84.
Earl L. Neumann of Somerset died Wednesday, March 13, at the Gathering in Oak Park Heights, at the age of 84.
Earl was born Oct. 20, 1928, in Farmington Township, to Leo and May Neumann. On June 16, 1951, he married his wife, Betty, at St. Anne's Church in Somerset. He was a farmer all of his life. In his free time, he enjoyed gas engines, hunting, fishing, and playing cards.
He was preceded in death by son James.
He is survived by wife Betty; daughters Janice Lynch, Rainy (Bruce) Hatch, Bonnie (Brian) Norman, Linda (James) Schmitt; sons Jerry (Jeannie), Dennis (Dawn), Wally; 23 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; brother Eugene; sisters Adeline, Mary, and Verna.
Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday, March 16. Interment was in St. Anne's Cemetery.
