Summer Reading Program Prizes

Kids have the opportunity to win any of a variety of prizes at the come to the Hazel Mackin Community Library in Roberts through the Summer Reading Program. Adults can win prizes too.


Kids put their names in the shoeboxes under the prizes they would like to win when they turn in their reading logs.

  • Prizes vary in type and age level.
  • There are prizes for older, and younger children. Many of the prizes related to popular television shows for kids of varying ages.
  • The final book in the popular Hunger Games series was one of the prizes for older children.
  • The prizes weren't all books and movies. This bear was one of the huggable prizes children could enter to win.

  • Adults enter their names into a drawing for a prize after logging 10 hours of reading.
