See the babies that entered the 2012 Heartland Days Baby Show


Abayah Anderson, born March 3, 2012, held by her mother Michelle Anderson (Baldwin) won the award for best dressed girl at the baby show Thursday evening. Each of the 15 babies that entered the baby show received an award, and was asked to be a part of the baby show entry in the Heartland Days Parade, along with their families.

  • Birela Rubenzer, born July 3, was given the award for best hairdo. Rubenzer is held by her great aunt Lori Devall, who organized the baby show. Rubenzer is the daughter of Brian and Mollie Rubenzer of Mendota heights, Minn.
  • Jaxon Skoraczewski, born Nov. 7, 2011, won the award for most bashful boy. Skoraczewski's parents are Jill and Mike Skoraczewski of Roberts.
  • Drew Berger, born Feb. 24, won the award for best hairdo at the baby show. Prizes were given to one boy and one girl in each category.<br /><br />Berger is the son of Erin and Andy Berger of Hammond.
  • Briela Rubenzer, held by her mother, Mollie Rubenzer, was given an award for "best hairdo"at the baby show. Briela Rubenzer is the daughter of Mollie and Brian Rubenzer of Mendota Heights, Minn.
  • Taylor Gillis, born May 15, was given the award for most bashful baby girl. Gillis is the daughter of Angela and Nick Gillis of Hammond.
  • Kayna Bihner, born Oct. 6, 2011, tastes victory when her mother collects her prize at the Baby show. Kayna Bihner is the daughter of Jeff and Katie Bihner of Hammond.

  • Brodyn Campbell, born Oct. 26, 2011, receives the prize for "sweetest baby cheeks". Campbell is the son of Travis and Devon Campbell of Hammond.

  • Viktor Kittilson, born Sept. 16, 2011, receives the award for "happiest baby". Kittilson is held by his parents.
  • Madilyn Leisen, born Dec. 2, 2011, received an award for "cutest button nose". Leisen is the daughter of Josh and Alana Leisen of Roberts.
  • Jaxon Skoraczewski, born Nov. 7, 2011, held by his father, received the award for "most bashful" baby boy. Skoraczewski is the son of Jill and Mike (pictured) Skoraczewski of Roberts.
  • Alexandra Steenerson, born Dec. 15, 2011, was given the "Gerber baby" award. Steenerson, held by her father, is the daugter of Nova and Scott Steenerson of Hammond.

  • Betty Ruth Tessier, born Aug. 23, 2011, was given the award for "happiest baby" girl. Tessier is the daughter of Jen and Dave Tessier of Baldwin.
