GRAND FORKS AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. --- Seven aerial refueling aircraft from New Jersey are waiting out superstorm Sandy at Grand Forks Air Force Base. The KC-10 Extenders, part of the 305th Air Mobility Wing at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., were evacuated Sunday in advance of the storm, which began battering the East Coast Monday.

DULUTH -- The man who received international notoriety when he was convicted of having sex with a dead deer is in trouble with the law again. Bryan James Hathaway, 25, current address unknown, was arraigned Wednesday in State District Court in Duluth charged with four crimes — including assaulting a female police officer — during an incident at the Hermantown Walmart on Monday night.
