Derek Daniel Barnes, 20, pleaded guilty before Beltrami County District Judge Paul Benshoof to felony stalking with an aggravated violation of committing the crime because of bias.

Police continue to ask for the public's assistance in its search for a laptop computer and computer bag believed to be Aaron Schaffhausen’s. Schaffhausen has been charged with the murders of his three daughters in River Falls Tuesday, July 10. These items may have been ditched along the road by Schaffhausen before he turned himself in. Items in question are a Sony VAIO laptop and a Targus laptop bag.
