Notice for Bids
The Housing Authority of the City of New Richmond is seeking bids from qualified plumbing contractors for installing new hot water lines to 40 apartments at Sunshine Courts with 6 recirculation pumps and insulation for all lines. We are looking for new pex lines run for each unit overhead in attic to each unit hooked to a shower; lavatory sink, kitchen sink and recirculated back to water heaters. Approximately 5-7 units on each water heater. Call Brian at 715-246-2130 or stop in office at Sunshine Courts at 370 Odanah Ave. for additional details of work to be done. Office hours are Mon-Thurs. 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
