Wisconsin News SUPERIOR -- The Alberta Clipper and Southern Lights pipeline projects will begin later than expected, but Enbridge Energy says it may hire more workers in Wisconsin and Minnesota than expected, up to 3,000 people in the coming months.
The future employment outlook for workers in western Wisconsin may be a little bit brighter than elsewhere in the nation, according to the quarterly employment outlook released today by the Milwaukee-based international employment agency Manpower Inc.
