Happy Easter Egg Hunting


The Easter Bunny mingled with more than 400 kids, parents and grandparents who participated in the New Richmond Kiwanis Club’s annual Easter Egg Hunt festivities on Saturday, April 19. This year Key Club Volunteers added face painting and coloring activities to the event. Scouts of Troop 460 assisted Kiwanis Members in setting up for the event and clean up. Drawings were held for two bikes after the egg hunt.

Easter egg hunts were also held in the villages of Deer Park, Star Prairie, Roberts and Hammond. The Deer Park egg hunt was sponsored by the North County 4-H Club, while the Star Prairie egg hunt was sponsored by the Star Prairie Lions Club. The Roberts egg hunt was sponsored by the Roberts Ribbon Reapers 4-H Club, while the Hammond hunt was sponsored by he Hammond Lions Club and the Hammond Community Library and run by the True Blue 4-H Club.
