Throughout the day on Monday, May 30, American Legion and VFW Posts went from cemetery to cemetery to lead Memorial Day services in rememberance of those who have given their lives while in the military. Ceremonies were held at many local cemeteries, including Immaculate Conception Church (New Richmond), the New Richmond Cemetery, the Deer Park cemetery, the Cylon cemetery as well as several in Somerset.
