Crowds enjoyed sultry summer weather for the 31st annual Heritage Family Festival held Sept. 23 and 24 at the New Richmond Heritage Center. Weekend festivities included a 5K run, spaghetti dinner, flea market, tractor pull, stage coach rides, artisan presentations, civil war squad, food, ice cream, games, petting zoo, and craft vendors.
