Carrie Fisher left her full-time job to care for her husband Eric, who is medically retired from the Air Force. This month she was chosen for the Elizabeth Dole Foundation fellows program, which gathers military and veteran caregivers from around the nation to advise the foundation and help raise awareness for the needs of caregivers.
