Roberts goes green for St. Paddy’s Day

People lined Main Street in Roberts Saturday, March 14, for the 28th annual St. Patrick’s Day parade. Dave and Bob Hawkins were grand marshals, Bailey Gillis was named queen and floats included royalty from Spring Valley, Hammond and Roberts. The parade was sponsored by L&M’s Bar and Grill. The bar served corned beef and cabbage after the parade along with live music by The Hunyuks and Goons with the Toons. Meanwhile, the Sidetrack Saloon held its tippy cup tourney, and music by JAB Entertainment after the parade.
