Bucks lose to Chicago by 2 points

The Milwaukee Bucks blew an 18-point third-quarter lead last night, and lost to the Bulls in Chicago 83-81.

Chicago took its first lead of the game with just over six minutes to go.

The Bucks still had a chance to win in the final seconds.

But Ersan Ilyasova was forced to shoot well beyond the three-point line and he heaved an air-ball with three seconds left.

Chicago was held to just 29 points in the first half, but Milwaukee only shot 39 percent for the game.

Rookie point guard Brandon Jennings led the Bucks with 25 points in the absence of top scorer Michael Redd, who's out for a couple weeks with a strained knee.

Andrew Bogut had 16 points and 13 rebounds. Hakim Warrick also had a double-double for the Bucks with 11 points and 10 boards.

Luol Deng had 24 points and a career-high 20 rebounds for the Bulls.

He scored nine points in Chicago's third-quarter comeback, including a three-pointer at the buzzer.

Derrick Rose had 16, 10 of which came in the final period as the Bulls evened their record at 2-2.

Milwaukee lost its eighth straight at the United Center, and dropped to 1-2 on the young season.

The Bucks' next game is on Friday night at Minnesota.
