UW-Whitewater moves up in polls

The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater men's and women's teams have both made the national Top 3.

On the men's side, UW-Whitewater moved up two spots after winning five straight and 10 of their last-11.

UW-Stevens Point rose two spots to ninth and UW-Platteville went up one place to 16th.

Lawrence of Appleton jumped one spot to 22nd. UW-Oshkosh is still 24th.

Amherst remains at No. 1.

Women's polls

On the women's side, UW-Whitewater remains third in the D3 poll with a 20-1 record and a six-game winning streak.

UW-Eau Claire moved up two spots to 18th.

UW-Stevens Point dropped out of the Top 25 after being 22nd a week ago.

The Pointers still got votes along with St. Norbert. Hope College of Michigan remains at No. 1.
