The Space hosts chamber music June 19-20

New Richmond native, Clare Harmon, who currently studies viola performance at the University of Minnesota, has organized a chamber music festival.

The final two concerts of the series will be presented this week at The Space, a center for creativity, in New Richmond.

The programs include music students from the University of Minnesota and other colleagues.

There will be two concerts at The Space -- Thursday evening at 7:30 p.m., which offers a performance of Tchaikovsky's "Souvenir de Florence" and several solo performances and a Friday evening performance at 5:30 p.m.

The performances at The Space, a centre for creativity, 156 High Street, are free.

Performers for the Thursday, June 19, event include Ramiro Alvarez, cello; Timothy Brock, viola; Nick Donatelle, cello; Alison Fahy, violin; Clare Harmon, viola, from New Richmond; and Zach Saathoff, violin.
